- Shield your piece from direct sunlight to prevent fading, warping, or cracking over time.
- Refrain from using alcohol, acetone, or ammonia-based cleaners, as they may damage delicate finishes.
- Always use coasters, placemats, and trivets to protect surfaces from heat, moisture, and staining.
- Attend promptly to spills with a soft, dry or lightly damp cloth—avoid allowing moisture to linger.
- For upholstered elements, vacuum weekly using an upholstery attachment to maintain texture and freshness.

Shipping
- In stock items ship within 2-3 business days (only) and arrive within 5-10 business days from the date of dispatch.
- Furniture orders ship after 6-8 weeks and arrive within 10 days from the date of dispatch.

- If your order arrived damaged, you can raise a complaint within 24-48 hours of order receipt.
