FIRST UP, EGGS BENEDICT!

Brunch with Caara - Eggs Benedict

Ingredients

  • 1 x CAARA'S Baked English Muffin
  • 2 x Organic Eggs
  • 100 Grams Bacon
  • 80 Grams Asparagus
  • 50 Grams CAARA's Farmlove Salad
  • 20 ML White Vinegar
  • 10 Grams Salt
  • 10 Grams Black Pepper
  • 80 Grams Hollandaise Sauce
  • 10 Grams of Cherry Tomato
  • 20 ML CAARA'S Vinaigrette
  • 1 Gram Micro Herbs

Recipe

  • Add the flavorful CAARA vinaigrette to a saucepan filled with water. Add a pinch of salt in it and allow it to simmer. Once it heats up to a boiling temperature gently break the eggs in the pan. Remove after 3-4 minutes. This would give us the poached egg.
  • Meanwhile gently grill fresh asparagus along with the bacon
  • Toast the muffin and place the crisp bacon and asparagus on top of the toast followed by the poached eggs. Then garnish it with hollandaise Sauce.
  • Prepare a healthy farm love salad to be served along the side using the CAARA Vinaigrette.
  • Serve with delight on the Suite No. 8 presidential plate.

SMOOTHIE BOWL - THE NEW AGE SMOOTHIE

A dish that not only caters to taste but also caters to health, the smoothie breakfast bowl is a favorite among breakfast lovers who like to keep a check on their nutrition intake. It is a scrumptious mixture of fresh fruits, granola and Greek yogurt. Not only is granola extremely fibrous in nature, which makes it a detoxifying edible, but it also helps tackling ailments such as fluctuation in blood pressure, cholesterol and keeps the blood sugar levels balanced.

Brunch with Caara - Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 150 Grams CAARA'S Wheat-free Granola Mix
  • 200 Grams Banana
  • 200 Grams Fresh Strawberry 20 Grams Pomegranate
  • 20 Grams Berry Compote
  • 100 ML Almond Milk/100 Grams Curd 10 Grams Mint Leaves
  • 1 Gram CAARA Seed Mix

Recipe

  • Pour the CAARA wheat free granola mix into a bowl.
  • Add the neatly chopped fresh fruits to the mix and sprinkle it with the CAARA seed mix.
  • Add the berry compote to the mix.
  • Serve with delight in the Suite No.8 farm bowls with either almond milk or Curd on the side.

PANCAKES WITH BERRY COMPOTE

A classic breakfast to cater to the tastes of breakfast enthusiasts, it is a creamy American sandwich, finessed with chopped herbs and served with a delicately cooked poached egg on the top. First curated at the Delmonico’s restaurant in New York City in the 1860’s, the ap- petizing sandwich didn’t take long to popularize as the ideal Sunday brunch.

Brunch with Caara - Pancakes with Berry Compote

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Flour
  • 5 TSP Baking Powder
  • 1 TSP Salt
  • 3 TBSP Sugar
  • 2 x Organic Eggs
  • 2 Cups Milk

Recipe

  • Break two eggs into a bowl and add 2 cups of milk. Gently beat the eggs until mixed properly. Add flour, baking power, salt and sugar to the mix and mix until smooth. Add butter to the mixture..
  • Grease a pan with butter and allow it to heat for 2 minutes.
  • Gently add the mixture to the pan and let it heat. Once bubbles are formed over the batter, flip the pancake.
  • Stack the pancakes on Suite No.8’s Droplet plates from the CAARA collection and top it with fresh berries.
  • Add the CAARA berry compote to the pancakes and serve with delight.

END WITH, GRANDMAS CARROT CAKE!

With a taste, reminiscent of one’s childhood, the carrot cake has been a treasured choice of dessert for many. It is a traditional dessert that caters to innumerable occasions, be it an Easter dinner or the community bake sale!

Brunch with Caara - Grandmas Carrot Cake

Ingredients

  • 6 x Eggs
  • 70 Grams Sugar
  • 650 ML Oil
  • 1/2 TSP Vanilla Essence
  • 700 Grams Flour
  • 15 Grams Baking Powder
  • 15 Grams Baking Soda
  • 7 Grams of Cinnamon
  • 300 Grams Crushed Almonds 770 Grams Grated Carrot

Ingredients For Frosting

  • 750 Grams Cream Cheese
  • 280 Grams Butter
  • 140 Grams Icing Sugar
  • 100 Grams Raw Honey

Cake Recipe

  • Whisk the brown sugar, oil and eggs in a large bowl until combined.
  • Add the remaining ingredients like vanilla essence, flour, baking power, baking soda and cinnamon into the mixture and mix well at an unrushed pace.
  • Fine grind the carrots and almonds, then blend it with the mix by hand.
  • Prepare the cake ban by greasing it with oil.
  • Gently place the mix in the pan and bake it in the oven at 180 degrees for approximately 40 minutes.

Frosting Recipe

  • Beat the cream cheese and butter in a large bowl until the mixture turns smooth.
  • Add the Himalayan raw honey to sweeten the flavor and beat rapidly till the mixture is creamy in nature.
  • Extract the cake from the oven and evenly cover the top with the frosting.
  • Serve will delight on the Suite No.8 Chevron plates from the Caara Collection.
